Q. What is meant by 'Exact Matches' and 'All Matches' in 'Refine by Category' Section? A. 'Exact Matches' would find the results 'with all the words' or 'with the exact phrase as your searched phrase', while 'All Matches' would find the results 'with at least one of the words' of your searched phrase.
Q. What to do if no matching results are found? A. There can be various reasons why you do not retrieve any matching results for your search query:
- If searching by Product or Service, you may have not used an appropriate product name. Try your search again by using a different word that can best describe it and is known by in the market.
- If searching by Company Name, you may have misspelled one or more words in the name. Try using only that part of the name you are sure of. You can then refine your search by narrowing down through related categories section.
-If the location specified is too specific or too narrow, there might be no results. Try using wider area cover. You can then narrow down on your search with the aid of 'Refine your location' option.
Q. What should I do if there are too many results for my search? A. If your search produces too many results, you can refine your search by using one of our refine search options as 'Refine by location', 'Refine by Category', 'Filter by Related Keywords' and 'See Also'. Q. I can't find the Business listing I want. What should I do? A. You can try one of the options to find what you are looking for:
- Try more appropriate keyword to best describe the product or service you are looking for.
- Your search may be too narrow. Try with a more common term and then refine your search by using the options 'Refine by Category', 'Filter results by Related Keywords' and 'See Also'.
- Make use of the 'Exact Matches' and 'All Matches' options with 'Refine by Category'.
